Orders with a quantity under 100 pieces usually takes 5-7 business days to ship. Orders with a quantity over 100 pieces usually takes 10-14 days to ship. Please allow more time for orders substantially larger than 100 pieces. Shipment typically arrives within 1-3 business days.

We do not offer free samples, however we have no minimum requirements so you are able to purchase a sample of any garment at any time. This helps the customer test the quality of their products before ordering bulk amounts.

Yes, you are able to provide your own blank apparel for printing. However there are a couple things to keep in mind. While this does make the overall cost cheaper, DTG print errors can occasionally happen. Customer is responsible for examining all provided apparel for appropriate fabric quality as well defects before printing. We are not held liable for DTG print errors or garment defects that were not specified on customer provided garments.

Our DTG printing works for Cotton/Polyester blend fabrics as well. As long as the fabric blend is at least 50/50 then we are able to properly apply DTG printing. Fabric with less than 50% cotton will not receive our DTG printing well and will not appear vibrant in color.

No, there is no color limit for our DTG printing services. We provide unlimited colors for your print designs at no additional costs. There is also no limit on the garment colors you can select for your order.

Our maximum DTG print dimensions are 12.5" W x 18" H. For maximum printability, please ensure your design fits within these dimensions. We will print to largest possible size. If you need a specific size or orientation for your artwork, please specify in the additional comments of the upload section before submitting your upload.

Please note, we do not print over seams.

- Turn garment inside out (keep inside out throughout entire wash and dry process)

- Machine wash cold on low spin with similar colors

- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry

- Do not bleach or iron directly on design
